Jacket has wear and tear at top edges and corners, with some loss at lower right corner of front panel. Rear panel is wrinkled from moisture and staining is visible on verso. Now housed in Brodart cover. Book has some dust soiling at top page edges, is well-read with a few smudges to interior pages (pictured), but remains in solid shape. Overall a VG- book in a fair jacket. Scarce in general, particularly with dust jacket.
