Scarce first edition of the book which proposes the existence of a lost continent called "Mu" sunk under the Pacific Ocean, not unlike Atlantis or Lemuria.
Boards have scattered light foxing, with a surface scar and bump at top right corner of rear board. Lower fore corner of rear board bumped and rubbed through. Very small tears beginning at head and tail of cloth spine. Slight bow to boards. Some faint soiling at all page edges. Binding suffers from one thin crack and a couple creases, though it remains largely sound with all pages remain intact, text clean. Overall a G+/VG- copy. Very scarce in any condition, even moreso signed.
