A novel of prison life, uncommon in the hardcover state.
Former lending library copy--jacket trimmed, with light surface tearing and remnants of the previous jacket protector at the bottom edge. Thinning to front flap, with a tape mark at the fore edge. Book itself has tape remnants to boards, tape mark on front pastedown and endpaper, as well as a penciled number there. Page edges tan, with one previously folded page somewhat fragile at the top corner. Jacket still quite bright. Despite all flaws, presenting near VG.
