Jacket bears light wear at all extremities with a few short edge tears, spotting to rear panel. Will mylar before shipment. Book itself has heavy spotting and discoloration near interior hinges from mold damage, has been neutralized but the stains remain, as does a slight musty odor. Front hinge half cracked, rear hinge fully cracked at last page. A handful of foxing spots in interior, though only one or two per each page affected. A few spots of foxing to boards as well. Overall structurally G+ but presents VG or better. Uncommon in jacket.
