Jacket spine slightly faded/darkened, light surface soiling throughout, rubbing at extremities with a tear just starting at hinge of heel and front panel. Some loss at tail of spine. Heavy staining to verso at top edges from moisture exposure. Now housed in protective mylar. Book itself has heavy staining to boards at top edges as well, slight wrinkle to top half of several pages, otherwise interior unaffected. Would be VG or better without staining.
