Though Cather's famous novel was originally published in 1913, this "Riverside Library" edition dates from the 1930s.
Boards variously worn with some slight bubbling to cloth here and there, some staining to top page edges which extends shallowly into the interior a few times (one instance pictured). The title page and next few pages have some tearing at fore edge--this appears to be a flaw in the paper from the binder, not due to a previous owner's negligence. Despite exterior flaws, remains in sound shape with clean text. G+. All early hardcover editions of this novel are scarce.
